Exchange and return policy

 

- Products shipped through Vendorsi can be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

- The exchange and return process is processed under several conditions

1- The product was not damaged while it was in the customer’s possession.

2- The product did not differ from what was shipped to the customer.

3- The product will be returned if the customer changes his mind in the same condition as it was received (closed - unopened - manufacturer’s box and packaging box with all its accessories - warranty card - brand cards - shipping company flyer)

- In the event of a return, the customer will bear the shipping and return costs.

- In the event of an exchange, the customer will bear the return value and the shipping cost again to the customer.

4- - The product will be returned if the product is defective or wrong, and this is unexpected. We apologize for that and ask you to do the following:

A/ Contact us to perform the exchange or return process within 14 days from the date of receipt.

B/Keep the product in its original condition (new - unused - manufacturer’s box and packaging box with all its accessories - warranty card - brand cards - shipping company flyer) so that we can help you.

C/ (Shoes) If you are not sure about the size or color, please try the shoes on a carpet, because we do not accept shoes that have dirt on the bottom or are dirty.

 

5- If these conditions are not met, the same product will be returned to the customer within 7 working days and we cannot exchange or return it.

6- After the company receives your product, it may take up to two weeks for your return to be processed, and it takes 5-7 days for you to receive the amount for the shipment.

7- Recovering the paid amount is via (bank account - electronic wallet - placing it in the customer’s wallet in the application).

8- It is not possible to exchange or return products that are written on them as non-replaceable or returnable by the merchant, but in the event that the product is defective or wrong, the exchange or return policy will be followed as described in points 3 and 4.

9- Some products may not be replaceable if they run out of stock. They may be replaced with another product or returned according to the customer’s desire after following the aforementioned policy.

10- Underwear and socks cannot be exchanged or returned due to health conditions unless the product is defective or wrong, provided that it is not used or worn.

11- accessories customers should be check it carefully before receive because it un able to return except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
